Falkirk Online Terms & Conditions

Falkirk Online is a joint initiative between Falkirk Council, Forth Valley College (formerly Falkirk and Clackmannan Colleges), CVS Falkirk and District (CVS – Council for the Voluntary Sector), Central Scotland Police, Forth Valley NHS, Ineous (formerly BP) and Scottish Enterprise Forth Valley (the members). Falkirk Online is managed by Falkirk Council, a local authority constituted under the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, on behalf of the members.

Throughout these terms when we mention "we", "us", "our", we mean Falkirk Council. When we refer to "you" we mean the user and/or browser of our website.

This website is protected by copyright and is owned by us. All logos, artwork, text and images on Falkirk Online are the copyright of the information providers. Information providers are those who have supplied material for inclusion on the website. Material subject to the copyright of any of the members may be reproduced free of charge for personal use or internal use within an organisation, unless otherwise stated.
